01In short

No accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts. We handle as little personal information as a website can.

02Who is responsible

Arcabelle publishes arcabelle.com and is responsible for the small amount of personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@arcabelle.com.

03If you write to us

We use your address and message only to reply, and delete them once the conversation is over unless we need a record of a correction.

04Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. They are not used to profile anyone and are deleted on a rolling basis.

05What stays on your device

No tracking or advertising cookies. Closing the cookie note saves one local preference. The button map, the session settings, the session timer, the comfort settings and the self-check work in your open tab only and store nothing.

06Sharing

We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and share it only when the law requires us to.

07Official game sites

Official-site buttons take you to other companies, whose own privacy policies apply.

08Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for readers in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25 you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted and withdraw your consent. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d’accès à l’information if you live in Quebec.

09Children

The site is written for a general audience and does not knowingly collect information from children. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete anything a child has sent us.
